Davina L. Coleman is a dynamic, purpose-driven leader passionate about transforming lives, schools, and communities. She currently serves as the Youth Pastor at Love House Ministries in Beaufort, SC, where she mentors and ministers to the next generation through faith, mentorship, and leadership development. In addition, she is a Leader in Me Coach and Consultant with FranklinCovey, supporting schools and districts across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, while also traveling nationwide to empower educational leaders to embed leadership, culture, and academic excellence within their institutions through the lens of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
As the CEO of her own education consulting company and certified Master Life Coach, Davina is an international Vision to Execution Coach, consultant, and speaker. She is the author of the Amazon #1 New Release Embracing Genesis: A Guide to Move You from Vision to Reality—a practical and faith-infused workbook designed to help individuals birth their God-given visions with intentionality and success. Her signature framework equips clients to shift from frustration to fulfillment by aligning purpose with strategic execution.
A global voice of encouragement and transformation, Davina has spoken on international stages, including Unbridled Dreams in Bali, Indonesia, and has been featured on international platforms such as a leadership podcast based in Africa. She consults widely with schools, nonprofit organizations, and governmental agencies, offering expertise in leadership development, school transformation, vision alignment, and team culture building.
Davina’s high-performing leadership journey spans nearly 20 years in education, starting as a middle school math teacher, then moving into instructional coaching and administration. Most recently, she has served as a Title I school principal, leading school turnarounds, including transforming Lady’s Island Elementary from average to nearly excellent in under two years. Her work has included launching and sustaining initiatives such as STEM certification, arts integration, early college access, and Leader in Me transformation, making her a trailblazer in education leadership.
Her educational background includes a B.A. in Business Administration, dual master’s degrees in Educational Leadership and Teaching Mathematics, and she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership.
But her story is more than titles. After navigating personal trials—including a divorce and unexpected fertility challenges—Davina found renewed purpose in helping others give life to their dreams. These experiences redefined her “why” and positioned her to help others move from pain to purpose and from vision to execution.
Whether in the pulpit, the principal’s office, or on an international stage, Davina leads with authenticity, wisdom, and unwavering faith.
